The 48-seater restaurant is decorated with opulent silks and shimmering contemporary flock paper from Osborne and Little. With fantastic views across the Bristol Channel, you can sit and watch the seascape change from breakfast to dinner.

The Holm House dining experience will be created by renowned local chef Peter Farrow, using the finest locally sourced products and served on elegant Wedgwood china.

Wines are sourced from some of the best and most exciting vineyards in Europe and the New World, and are drunk from exquisite Zwiesel crystal.
