The Pilgrim Country Hotel and Restaurant

We are a beautiful 3-star country house hotel and Hereford wedding venue, set in 4 acres of parkland with beautiful views. The hotel is ideally located on the A49 just 6 miles from Hereford and 8 miles from Ross-on-Wye, on the original route that pilgrims took to visit the shrine of St Ethelbert. Guests can be assured of a good night's sleep in this peaceful location. Most rooms have superb views across the Golden Valley. The cosy bar has a roaring log fire in winter and access to the gardens during the summer. There is a range of snacks available at lunchtime and in the evenings. Our award-winning restaurant looks out over the gently rolling Herefordshire hills and in the evening it is the perfect location for a romantic candlelit dinner. In the grounds, guests can enjoy a game of croquet or badminton on the lawns.
