A warm friendly welcome awaits at our spacious guest house 2 miles from Ipswich, easy access to A12 and A14. Set in quiet countryside surrounded by open fields and within easy reach of 'Constable Country' and 'Heritage Coast' Home cooked meals available Monday - Thursday. But 24 hrs. notice is required. We have a Large Residence Lounge with Sky TV. All Bedrooms are equipped with TV/Radio, FREE WIFI Access and a Hospitality Drinks Tray. Quality Beds & Linen. On arrival Guests are given a Key to provide them with accessibility to their Rooms at all Times. Due to the Rural Location we are Happy to provide Courtesy Function Travel within a five mile radius on Evening & Outward Journeys up to 9pm. There's ample off road Car Parking. Also we do have 2 small well behaved Dogs Aimee & Digby. We are open over the Christmas period on a room only basis. Discount available on all stays of more than 4 days in one week.
