Our 9 bedroom bed and breakfast/guesthouse is set in its own grounds, providing you with car parking and a lawned garden in which to relax and experience peace and tranquility, just a five minute walk from the bustling port of Brixham.
Brixham being a sailing centre we are able to point keen sailors in the right direction to spend time on the water.
Whatever time of the year there will be a warm welcome for you on arrival, or after a busy day when you can relax in comfort after sightseeing, or exploring the many and varied places in Brixham and South Devon. We offer you a comfortable stay in Brixham, en-suite bedrooms, either with shower or bath, with colour television, clock radio and tea and coffee making facilities. Children are very welcome.

For breakfast there is a buffet of cereals and fruit juice for you to help your self and there is an extensive menu cooked to order including our english breakfast with local bacon, eggs, sausages and tomatoes and Mushrooms, there are kippers and our own homemade marmalade.

Nearby we also have Overquay Cottage which sleeps six and is available to rent on a weekly basis. Details are available if you contact us.
