Inspired by the East Coast of the U.S.A known for its relaxing and tranquil feel complemented by its unique style of decor, our award winning guest accommodation first opened its doors to visitors to Eastbourne back in the late 1800s. We are perfectly positioned with an ocean front location within one of Eastbourne's conservation areas.

Following a complete refurbishment we offer a choice of contemporary New England style en suite rooms, with crisp white linens, spacious bathrooms with power showers and bath tubs, flat screen televisions with a wider choice of channels.

Our Cape Cod dining room has lovely sea views where our guests relax and enjoy our award winning breakfasts, the guest lounges are adjacent with large comfortable leather sofas, original paintings by local artists and a wide choice of books and games. Additionally we provide free Wi Fi access for our guests.
