At the Kensington you will find a friendly welcome from us the resident owners, who want to give you every home comfort with that personal touch. We make cleanliness and Hygiene our top priority along with a real passion for customer service. Home-cooked meals are served in a comfortable homely environment, which we hope you will find makes all the difference to your trip. We are also try where-ever possible to make sure that the items on our breakfast menu are sourced locally along with our home-made marmalde and jam, so that you get a real taste of the best locally sourced breakfast in Yorkshire. We do home made bread and scones along with a host of different breakfast items such as eggs benedict and pancakes so you can choose something different every-day if you wish.
Our bedrooms are all individually designed and are all comfortable and inviting, so you can relax, unwind and let us take care of you. All our Double and twin rooms are en-suite and have large walk in showers (1 is 900x900 the other 4 are 1200x760). The twin rooms and 1 double are on the first floor, 2 double rooms are on the second floor. Tea & coffee making facilities, toiletries. & hair-dryers in all rooms.
We like to think that the main appeal to this type of accommodation is the homely feel, so you can relax and take in the hospitable atmosphere, and don't be afraid to ask if there is anything you need to make your stay with us even more enjoyable.
