A 17th century Country Manor house set in over 6 acres of private grounds in the heart of the Vale of Glamorgan. Offering exclusive Bed and breakfast rooms and 2 self catering apartments. 12 miles west of Cardiff and 1 mile from the delightful Roman market town of Cowbridge with its many small shops, restaurants, pubs and tearooms and the farmers market. Crossways Manor & Apartments offers 5 star self catering and 4 star B&B accommodation. The B&B guest rooms are all individually designed with comfortable beds, TVs, DVD, tea/coffee/sherry, hairdryers, ironing facilities and either en-suite or private bathrooms. Breakfast is made from local produce wherever possible and cooked to order. The Apartments are both within the manor. The Ballroom flat sleeps 2 - 4 with a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen bar and dining area , hallway and bathroom. The Manor Apartment has ground floor access making it suitable for disabled or infirm guests. It sleeps up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. There is a very large living room with direct access into the gardens, a dining hall, bathroom plus 2 shower rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. This is a very large and spacious accommodation as many of its rooms were the original reception rooms of the manor house. The impressive Heritage Coast is a couple of miles down the road with many coves, bays, beaches and cliff walks and provides an ever changing environment created by the 2nd highest tidal drop in the world. Golf, walking, hiking, horse riding, tennis, shopping, sightseeing, go karting, paintballing, great restaurants and pubs, simply relaxing and more At the manor we have a tennis court, pool table, BBQ, terrace with outdoor seating all in this peaceful setting. 2 Pub/ restaurants within a short stroll of the Manor, plus many more in Cowbridge and the surrounding Vale.
