There is a large Free Car Park to the front and an extremely large Garden to the rear, just bring along a bottle of wine or a beer. All rooms have the following:

There are pubs in walking distance, 2 minutes to the Cross Keys for great value meals and opposite the Cross Keys are 3 take aways, a Newsagents, Hair and Nail Salon and a wonderful gift shop that caters for all events and occasions called Serendipity.
Walking South back into Hull there are a number of Restaurants and Pubs in the Locality.

2 minutes from Acorn there are River Walks for Dog Lovers and 4 Fields to Run and Keep Fit.
